Interesting... how is this learning? Anyone can put a online course together if its a matter of curating content. Its been done since the web was available. Now with Ai you can do it faster. Two issues I see here.... 1. it's going to flood the market with poor quality courses faster. 2. Information does not equal learning. Think about the learner's experience. We have become information-rich but knowledge-poor. Interested to know other's thoughts.

It’s interesting, I suspect the content of these courses is not going to be great. But it’s going to not be as bad as the ghost written e-books and white label private label, stuff of the past decade.

Here’s the thing, looking from a positive perspective, if you were able to train this on the secret source of your business, then it’s quite revolutionary.

I’m reminded of the Kindle bookstore. There is a lot of crud on there and occasionally I’ll get caught.

The other thing that’s important to remember is this phrase. I repeat it daily. “this is the worst it will ever be. “

Yep. that's very powerful. Love to know more about Matt's / Kieran's /Bubble's work.

As you've raised coaching in an AI world, I want to share a little of my own experience in Custom GPT creation.

Coaching/consulting requires a degree of accountability and boundaries being set from coach to client and OpenAI does not want to deal with 'potential problems' and 'disconnected thinking' when analysing a URL or an attached doc. Despite what I say in prefacing the relationship and the importance of the outcomes, the AI will not create any content which could potentially diminish or offend someone's own work and efforts. Fair enough, but I would love to know of any work arounds?

I spent the morning using the ChatGPT playground (3.5) to write a course! It and I failed, so this was a pleasant coincidence, I'm looking forward to his demo! The first remedy would be upgrading to 4.0 Turbo lol. I agree with your sentiment re the churning out of crap right now.

personally I find it interesting, I just signed up for a course called coursiv(dot)io Not my course, not my link. its not that good, I just buy stuff for research. But it could have easily have been build with a similar method to kieran.

The course has many topics and it could have easily have been written by ai. They also have an ai assistant that. Ive taken many courses, and I would perhaps let the ai design and then customize with bonus material for added benefit of the user.

wow, so cool! I have worked on compiling courses for clients, and its amazing how fast this it. I wonder if the info is more theoretical, or specifically giving you a clear list of step by step?
