As someone who is suffering some mental fitness issues from repeated burn out I am keen to work on my goal of "I have the habits of the mentally tough athletes - 1. Goal Setting 2. Focus 3. Review & Improve 4. Positive Attitude" by setting some weekly goals (done), having focus for 3/7 days - working on just 3 tasks not all and then reviewing my week next Sunday morning at 10 am, where I will again reset. (+ my physical fitness VO2 max goal which I will complete all 5 workouts)

Was just having a look at some of the old immediate edge stuff too. There was plenty of gold in there. Particularly like the Amazon trick for finding a niche. I want ai to help with that. Eg big sellers with high proportion of 1 star reviews.
