First of all - I’m not above using Larry for Clicks.
He is getting seriously old, and “Walking with Larry” has become sitting in the park with Larry. As you can tell, he still LOVES getting his photo taken…
Now, on to the first video of the year.
Hopefully, you have all the resolution stuff out of your system. Let’s talk about what really works.
The power of process is not particularly sexy (hence me going for the cheap clicks with Larry), but I think this tweak is interesting for Legends who want to make sure this year is a year of meaningful progress.
I also tell you how I face-planted on this in my very first week back at work. 🫣

As someone who is suffering some mental fitness issues from repeated burn out I am keen to work on my goal of "I have the habits of the mentally tough athletes - 1. Goal Setting 2. Focus 3. Review & Improve 4. Positive Attitude" by setting some weekly goals (done), having focus for 3/7 days - working on just 3 tasks not all and then reviewing my week next Sunday morning at 10 am, where I will again reset. (+ my physical fitness VO2 max goal which I will complete all 5 workouts)
This week, amongst other things, I'm committing to drinking 8 glasses of water per day!!
