🚀 Unlocking the Power of the 'Done' Column: The Missing Link for Entrepreneurs
This part get's forgotten so often...
Hello Legends,
What a week in the world of AI. ChatGPT turned on it’s conversational AI, and it’s remarkable. I was lucky enough to get access early and sent a video to paid legends earlier in the week. It’s bananas.
Meta also came out with a bunch of announcements, and all of a sudden, those Meta Rayban glasses may have gone from useless to conversations with Snoop Dog in AI in the car.
Most of you know my feelings about Facebook and what it wrought with Social Media in its first 15 years. However, this past year, I’m so conflicted….
My insane September is done. It’s now October 1 (in Australia!), and I can’t wait to show you how all of these AI developments will impact you and your audiences.
Today, we release the penultimate video in the Personal Kanban series. In some ways, these last two are the most important. To get the real benefits of Personal Kanban, using the Done Column is crucial.

The Power Of The Done Column
We all have those days when our to-do list seems endless, and despite our best efforts, tasks remain unchecked. Personal Kanban solves this and the done column in particular is a powerful component of the system.
Introducing... The Power of the 'Done' Column!
Key Takeaways from the Video:
The Importance of the Done Column: A visual representation of your accomplishments, the 'Done' column is a powerful motivator and reminder of tasks you've completed.
The Brain's Tendency to Forget: Our brains are designed to forget tasks that don't elicit strong emotions. The 'Done' column counteracts this by reminding us of our achievements.
Visual Tracking and Flow: By observing your 'Done' column, you can gauge your capacity, set realistic goals, and understand your workflow better.
Understanding Capacity: Over time, the 'Done' column helps you gauge how many tasks you can realistically handle, setting the stage for realistic expectations.
Emotional Reflection on Tasks: Reflect on how you felt about each task. This emotional reflection can provide insights into your work habits and preferences.
Retrospective Analysis: Regularly review your 'Done' column to analyze your tasks, providing insights into areas of improvement.
The 'Done' column in personal kanban isn't just a list of completed tasks. It's a powerful tool for motivation, reflection, analysis, and continuous improvement. By implementing this strategy, you can take control of your entrepreneurial journey, ensuring that every task you set out to do reaches its completion.
Thank you for being a part of our community Legend.
