The Most Important 10 Minutes Of The Week For The ADHD Entrepreneur
Spend 10 Minutes On A Monday Morning To Get Your Week Off To A Cracking Start!
Hey, Legends!
The fourth video in the Kanban series is here.
Before I go into what’s in the video, I want to point out (again) how emotional this series has been for me, watching back on a person who had no idea they had ADHD or even a vague concept the word applied to them.
Or the radical changes it would bring when they eventually got treatment.
The signs are so evident in this video. At the time of this video, I found great comfort in the Kolbe Index and how it described me brilliantly. Spoiler alert: If you are a high quick start and low follow through on the Kolbe Index, may I respectfully suggest you watch this video - It changed my life forever.
Now enough about me, let’s talk about…
The Most Important 10 Minutes Of The Entreprenuers Week!
In this training, I talk about;
Sprint Period: I introduce the concept of a "sprint," which is a one-week period (Monday to Friday) where specific tasks are to be completed.
Pull vs. Push: The importance of "pulling" tasks onto your board rather than feeling "pushed" to do them. This gives a sense of control and reduces frustration.
Ready Column: Tasks are moved into the "Ready Column" at the beginning of each week. These are tasks that you commit to completing within the sprint period.
Task Clarity: Each task should be clear and achievable within the sprint. If a task is too large, it should be broken down into smaller, manageable tasks.
Constraints: I advise limiting the "Ready Column" to no more than six tasks to avoid being overwhelmed. (More on this in the next video.)
Self-Evaluation: Before pulling tasks into the "Ready Column," you should evaluate your week and consider personal and business commitments to ensure your tasks are achievable.
This video mentions a Facebook Group which does not exist any more.

Personal Update
Speaking of evaluating the week ahead. To say this one is a dozy for me is the understatement of the century. I’d like to thank you all for your support during this time, and I’ll have much more to tell you next week about everything that has been going on.
I know I’m one for giving things a rev-up (because I genuinely am excited about whatever I’m revving up), but let me assure you when I say a big week. It will probably be the biggest in over a decade.
Keep me in your thoughts, and I’ll speak to you soon!

These videos were sooo helpful to me. I have found I do need a combo of physical and digital though. Because I procrastinate a lot if I don't have most of the steps mapped out for what I need to do. I use TickTick for digital and it pops up reminders on my phone. I need the digital because as I write it down I have to brainstorm steps in the description and write notes in it as I do it so if I get interrupted I can more easily pick up where I left off.
